Prosecutors uncovered reports of a criminal disregard for safety. Among other things, If true, that is highly incriminating.

Alec Baldwin was on the phone during firearms training for a movie where he fatally shot a cinematographer on set, prosecutors said, as they charged him with involuntary manslaughter.

If true, that is highly incriminating.

IMO the most incrimination info was brought up by the LA Times way back when the accident first happened. Their article goes over the unsafe working conditions on set which resulted in the union camera operators walking-off in protest shortly before the fatal shooting, and rather than address those issues the production company simply replaced them with non-union scabs so filming could continue. And it also talks about several other major firearms accidents that occurred on set prior to the fatal shooting, as well as all the other firearm safety protocols that were being ignored.

And worth keeping in mind is that this movie was an El Dorado Pictures production, which is Alec Baldwin's company, so that's why I think he personally bears far more culpability than an ordinary actor would in a similar situation. Even if he hadn't been the one to actually pull the trigger, he was one of the people directly responsible for all the issues and conditions that ultimately lead to the fatal shooting accident.
