I have mixed feelings about this film. Historically, the Zeitgeist series has been full of inaccuracies and wild conspiracy theories, which have lent credence to some fringe movements. On the other hand, I feel like a viral, easily-digestible synopsis of what's wrong with the world today might go a long way in helping young people realize how fucked up the system really is.

Man, that takes me back. I remember coming across the first Zeitgeist movie. Had recently joined the Army and had read many of Von Daniken's books on ancient astronauts growing up. I was primed to be receptive to its message, but had argued about 9/11 conspiracies on various forums for too long to be convinced by any of the conspiracy theories. Certainly made me think and made me more critical of those lines of thinking presented in the film.
