I read an article on The Atlantic yesterday that was focused on the Mueller investigation specifically, but a decent amount of it talks about how much of our media and "news" now is actually "premediation", where it's closer to anticipating the future, picking the result we want to see, and acting like it's already come true.
I think it's a really interesting way of looking at current media, and there was certainly a ton of that happening in this case as well.
So, no one has determined anything, we'll likely never know how what happened, and everyone's biases are reinforced?
