For those who don’t know, Annapurna Pictures is a company founded by Megan Ellison whose father is a billionaire. Her company has incredible financial trouble since she gives filmmakers a blank check and complete creative control. It’s a company that won’t last, but damn if she hasn’t produced some amazing films.
