This song very much bucks that trend, in large part due to Wild Bill's stage presence and delivery. It's a great song, a great cover, and a great performance.

Yeah, I fell off regularly watching them for a long time too for similar reasons. But I was recently reminded of their existence when Justin Hawkins (of The Darkness) reacted to one of their old covers of his songs. So I decided to check PMJ's new stuff, since I hadn't done so in such a long time, and loved this Stayin' Alive cover.

Now I'm back to listening to them from dawn until dusk.. probably will burn out again in a few days.

I dont mind reaction videos, as long as the reaction person knows their stuff and has interesting things to say and add. Just jumping up and down and yelling "what" and "oh my god" gets boring...

I dont mind reaction videos, as long as the reaction person knows their stuff and has interesting things to say and add. Just jumping up and down and yelling "what" and "oh my god" gets boring fast.

The only ones I watch are Justin, Chatislatic Voice and Daily Doug.

I like a mix of both. Sometimes I like learning new things in a reaction video, but sometimes I just want to chill out and watch people react emotionally to TV shows, movies, and songs I'm familiar with.

But if knowledge bomb reactions are your jam, I would also recommend checking out The Fairy Voice Mother, Chris Liepe, and Michael Palmisano. I think you would dig them too.

I wonder if this common haha, I did the same thing with PMJ. Ingested their music at an alarming rate until I was done after a short bit of time. I did find some other cool artists like Caro Emerald thanks to the style of music and the algorithms deciding what I might also like.

I personally found covers by Scary Pockets to stick with me longer (their cover of Creep is something I listen to fairly regularly). Pomplamoose is also really good with some of the same musicians as Scary Pockets. They do a lot of covers and mashups along with writing some original songs.

I’m also a big fan of scary pockets and pomplamoose too. I’ve been a huge fan of Jacke Conte since way back in his YouTube cover/mashup days on his own channel. I still listen to his mashups of Chopin/Radiohead, Aphex Twin/Bright eyes, and cover of Panic at the disco on a regular basis.

P.s. He is the co-founder/CEO of Patreon, and married to Nataly Dawn (Pomplamoose singer) in case you didn’t know. :P
