What are you favorite albums from the 1970s?

I always like Tapestry by Carole King, Tusk by Fleetwood Mac, and of course the first six Eagles albums.

I had never heard Three Imaginary Boys. The Cure were way ahead of their time. I can't believe that was 70s.

David Gilmour is my favorite guitarist of all time. I don't mean he is the best, he is just my favorite. I really like how he plays and his sound.

I don't listen to too much music from before the late 80's/90's, but Blues For Allah by The Grateful Dead is a very nice album. Help On The Way / Slipknot and Franklin's Tower are great tracks off...

You seem to have my kind of taste in music, and have given me a few new bands to check out. I've not heard of Soft Machine, Alphataurus or Caravan before!

Radioaktivität by Kraftwerk is superb. Almost all songs are good, and the album really feels connected.
