I realize they have a far-reaching fan base, but it's always fun to see one of RVA's finest acts pop up around the internet.

A.V. Club is doing Undercover again? How did I miss this? That's awesome. Ginger Root did This Will Be Our Year -- delightful!

GWAR has also done some other incredible covers over the years so even before listening to this I knew it was gonna be good. :P And the video coming from a newly resurrected AV Club Undercover sessions was icing on the cake too, since an absolute shit ton of awesome covers were produced by them back in the day.

Their cover of Wayward Son with Oderus still in the lead is still my favorite cover.

I'm so glad that Gwar is still around being their bizarre selves. Their concerts have never let me down, I have seen them live more than any other band (probably around ten times).
