Constantly listening to Blonde, by Frank Ocean. Other than that, been listening to some old Shakewell. If you're into hiphop you should check out this song if only for the video--it's super weird.
EDIT: Oh my, I just found out about IDLES. Insanely sick punk band. Check out their new release, Joy As A Form of Resistance.
I think it's my favorite album front to back, to be honest. Thinking about you is insane though, and some tracks off Nostalgia Ultra are dope too. And honestly, Endless is nearly as good as Blonde and better in some ways.
If you like Frank, you should check out Choker--he's unapologetic ally Frank-influenced, but wear's it on his sleeve and honestly is just so fun to listen to during these Frank droughts haha.
Lemme know what you think! Honeybloom is a great album to just listen to while riding a bike through your neighborhood.
The Doom 2016 OST. It's some really amazing industrial.

I'm very much looking forward to the DOOM: Eternal soundtrack.
I too am very excited.
Dude this all I've been playing for about two weeks the multiplayer is so fun but what really pisses me off is getting all the runes and the trophy not triggering I guess it's a pretty popular bug like what the fuck Bethesda?
Funny. I keep hearing people talking about that but haven't experienced the bug myself. What system do you play on?
PS4. What other games you like? Recently picked up battlefield 1 for $5 and the season pass is free right now until the 18th and it's pretty fun. Would recommend if you like multiplayer fps. This is actually the first game in the genre I've bought I'm usually more of a single player solo type of guy but I've started getting bored with them. Starting to really like the online games more.
Yeah. I think Battlefield 1 is a pretty fun game. I just didn't really get into it. I might go back since I just got all of the DLC for free. I actually bought it a year ago or so when it was $30. Kind of wish I had waited but it's not too big of a deal.
Blur concert at Hyde Park I think 2012?
This is my current playlist.
Dir En Grey - And Zero : a really cool instrumental that sounds very soothing
Njandukalude Naattil Oridavela - Enthaavo : A feel-good-song from a Malayalam movie.
Bring Me The Horizon - MANTRA : Really dig this song about mind-control/cult mentality. The use of Siri to say the word 'Mantra' is perfect and captures the robotic aspect of brainwashed cult members. Dat scream @1:31 gets special mention.
Hiroyuki Sawano - scaPEGoat feat. Yosh : Sawano-san reminds me of a heavier version of the legendary Yasunori Mitsuda. The song is sung both in Japanese and English, has some really crunchy guitar riffs and a dope chorus.
Zedd & Elley Duhé - Happy Now : The song's description says it best - Lyrically, it’s a song that is both happy and sad at the same time, while musically, it’s a song that rather leans towards a happier, sunnier side.
I really need to start listening to more varied stuff
Good shit with the Nyro and Nujabes :)
I've been listening to Nujabes for so long though, I ought to vary things up a little bit.
I've been listening to Silk City & Dua Lipa - Electricity.
Well I was thinking about the Adventures of Pete & Pete and started listening to Polaris. They have some great songs that I had never heard before! Definitly worth listining!
I haven't been able to settle on a genre this week. Just can't dedicate myself. So it's been an odd listening week. Slipknot, band-maid, babymetal, soup or villains, kabuto the python, silverchair, sum 41...
Like, really quite strange, but you know, still fun...
Lots of dark synthwave. It makes me feel like a hacker when I'm writing my spaghetti.
I've been listening to the new Jungle album For Ever a bunch. For me its not as immediately lovable as their first self-titled album, but its definitely growing on me. I think the sound of the original album was more up immediately up my alley, but I enjoy the evolution of their sound as well. You can clearly see the influence of touring and success on the themes of the album as well as the sound. For sure its a solid progression for them, as they had basically done all they could with their older sound on their previous album.
Another similar album to that in terms of artistic evolution that I've been listening to is Kingdoms In Colour by Maribou State. Worth a listen, Holly Walker shines as a vocalist as usual and Maribou State themselves are no slouches in terms of arrangement and instrumentation.
