It's so great. Really well-curated stations. At least for the stations I listen to, you do get some repeats, but it's not like the normal radio or anything. This station is more violent tonight...

This station is more violent tonight than normal. This is the first time I've heard of a stabbing... and the music was so eerie at the time. haha.
If you're into soul (that older feel), Seven Inch Soul is great. It's mostly old, but has some newer stuff like The Flying Stars of Brooklyn NY and other stuff from the Colemine Record scene (and some associated acts.)
For desktop, I tend to keep pls files and set up an alias for each station. It's easy enough to pass the file to the VLC cli. For those interested, you can do so as follows (linux specific)....
If you have android, you can use AIMP and stream data friendly AAC from SomaFM on the go. Also works on desktop.
