This song was written using the startup sound from Windows XP as an inspiration, but it's legitimately way better than that lead-in makes it sound. I like the little familiar sound effect flourishes that get added in (especially in the back half), but really this could just be the piano without any of the cheeky added easter eggs and it would still be superb (and instantly recognizable).
Also, the copyright says 2012, but I'm almost certain I heard this song long before that -- probably in the mid 00s somewhere (more in line with XP's heyday).
