This track sounded remarkably familiar, since I'm sure I have heard it used as background music in several videos on YouTube over the years. However, I didn't recognize the artist name, Emily Shepard, and nothing came up when searching for them on RateYourMusic or any other song database... so I decided to do some further digging. And apparently I am not the only person curious about this track either, as others have already done the detective work for me:

It looks like whoever Emily Shepard is, they or the people behind that name, were likely trying to profit off selling albums on various music services (Amazon, Spotify, etc) composed of renamed and misattributed royalty-free music.

And it also appears that the "From Russia With Love" by "Huma-Huma" attribution is indeed the correct one, since that's what is listed in YouTube's built-in royalty-free Audio Library for this track. If you go to https://studio.youtube.com while logged into your google account, click "Audio Library" in the left sidebar, then filter for artist 'Huma-Huma' & 'Russia', you can find and even download the track yourself directly from Youtube: https://i.imgur.com/spzsclB.png

p.s. Given all that, I have changed the link to the earliest upload I could find on YouTube with the proper, royalty-free attribution, and renamed the topic and tags as well.
