This song has became a meme in latin-america in the last three or two years because how catchy it is. I love the sax solo.

    Translated lyrics:

If you had always told me the truth
If you had answered when I called you
If you had loved when I loved you
You would be the woman of my dreams

If you didn't know how to love
    now you can go away

If you knew what I've suffered for you
Having to forget about you without knowing why
And now you call, you want to see me
You swear you've changed and you want to come back

If you did not know how to love
    now you can go away

Get away from me, there's nothing more to talk about
With you I lost, I already have someone to win with

I knew that there was no one who gave you what I gave you
That nobody has cared for you like me
That's why I understand why you are here
But time has passed and I have changed too

If you didn't know how to love
    now you can go away

Get away from me, there's nothing more to talk about
I lost with you, I already have someone to win with

I knew that there was no one who gave you what I gave you
That nobody has cared for you like me
That's why I understand why you are here
But time has passed and I have changed too

//If you didn't know how to love
    now you can go away//

Fun fact, "Ahora te puedes marchar" is actually a Spanish version of I only wanna be with you , although Luis Miguel's version is much more popular.

This also happens with Luis Miguel's Será que no me amas which is a version of The Jacksons' Blame it on the boogie (albeit this time I don't think it eclipses the original).

It's fun to see how in both situations, the two songs have the same melody and work as fine in both languages with different lyrics.

I knew about Será que no me amas, but not about this one, thanks for the fun fact :)

The k-pop boy band Super Junior did a cover of this song and it’s pretty good.
