It's officially confirmed by Biden now that ATACMS are being sent. 50 km greater range than Storm Shadow, and great news for Ukraine.

Ukraine attacked the headquarters of Russia's Black Sea navy in Sevastopol, Crimea on Friday. At least one Ukrainian missile struck the building, and air defences downed a total of five missiles. One Russian serviceman was reported missing after the attack. Ukraine confirmed it targeted the Russian fleet's headquarters but provided few details. The Russian-appointed governor of Sevastopol said there was a fire but no civilian casualties.

It’s weird phrasing in English, but I assume it means that they are trying to immobilize them, or to keep them occupied so they can’t reinforce other areas.
I understand it as to hook them to Bakhmut, so that there will be less Russian forces in other places.
"Fix" as in "fix in place". To anchor or fasten something.

In said undated video, he was on a video screen and didn't speak. That's very easy to fake, if you were a government with a long history of trying to muddy the waters regarding the current status of significant people.
Definitely hard to say with certainty. Could be an indication that he is just injured though, and they are showing this as a stop-gap until he can make a public statement.
