New: Unreleased security camera video seen by The Post shows that a sedan blocked the truck of Canadian Sikh activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar before two gunmen killed him, revealing a more complex operation to kill Nijjar than authorities have yet disclosed.

At least six men were involved in the killing, witnesses told The Post. A tracking device had also recently been found by Nijjar's mechanic in the wheel well of his truck, according to Moninder Singh, the spokesman of the British Columbia Sikh Gurdwara Council.

The 90-second video seen by The Post shows Nijjar's gray Ram truck leaving a spot in his gurdwara's parking lot. A white sedan appears on screen and shadows Nijjar's truck one lane over, keeping pace. When Nijjar merges into the sedan's lane, the sedan drives alongside the truck.

As they near the exit, the sedan overtakes Nijjar's truck and brakes at the gate, trapping it. Two men in hooded sweatshirts move forward from a covered seating area and point firearms at the driver's seat as the sedan pulls away. Then the gunmen run in the same direction.

Community members say investigators told them the gunmen fired about 50 bullets, of which 34 hit Nijjar. Gurdwara members described them as wearing a "Sikh get up." Some pursued the gunmen, one of whom pointed a pistol at them. They got into a waiting car with three other men.

That's more bullets than a firing squad. A gurdwara is a Sikh place of worship. This was I guess obviously politically motivated to not qualify as a hate crime?

That absolutely smells like a hit, and a brazen one at that. Seems like it was intended to send a message to the Khalistan supporters.
