Apparently this bill will authorize the privatization of Argentina's airline and postal services among many other things. This seems incredibly short sighted. I am curious about what other reforms are in this bill. Apparently it's 328 pages long, so there is a lot in there.

You're right, was skimming and missed that. So i guess we're back to not being sure whats in this bill!
