"It's happening" is definitely editorialization. Even if you just meant to say "this is a thing that is happening" and not the meme-ish thing, then it's just title cruft. Obviously news articles...

Also, the stream you linked is referencing a DOJ watchdog claim that Comey violated FBI norms, and nothing about Trump. I think this is a stream that is updated every hour maybe?

well, technically my title is 100% accurate. its happening, they are being sued, it was filed today, etc.
It’s accurate, but the tone is unnecessary. When you make such an emotive title, the discussion can be handicapped.
