They are going to have to teach/train them on how to dive and then cave dive. They may have to wait until the cave dries out. The rescuers are getting a phone line to the kids and probably electricity as well. They have been given a gel food that provides the proper minerals and nutrients for them, especially coming off 10 days without.
Wow, 4 Months is a really long time. I wonder if it would be possible to make a submersible pod of some sort to bring them out one by one. This Channel 4 piece is pretty good. edit: That video...

edit: That video mentions the possibility of putting them each on a stretcher and giving them a scuba tank. This would not require the boys to swim. But.. some of the passages are extremely narrow and required the divers to chip the cave away and remove their scuba gear to make it through. It took professional divers 4 hours to reach them!
A youth soccer team from Thailand were lost in a cave because of flooding. They were found by rescuers after 10 days and are all alive.

How on earth are they going to extract those kids?
Cave diving is extremely hazardous, and the kids can't even swim.
