    For the idealized case they're testing for (all able-bodied adults with no pets in a controlled non-stressed environment) I could see this being possible. But if 90 seconds is a necessary target...

    There are no federal rules regarding seat size. Manufacturers, however, must demonstrate that there is enough space to allow passengers to evacuate the aircraft in 90 seconds or less.

    For the idealized case they're testing for (all able-bodied adults with no pets in a controlled non-stressed environment) I could see this being possible. But if 90 seconds is a necessary target for real-world scenarios then I have little hope for the A320 and 737's abilities.
