    1. Europeans must bring resolution to [the United Nations Security Council] protesting U.S. violation of UNSCR 2231 [the UN resolution endorsing the Iran nuclear deal].
    2. Iran's missiles and regional presence absolutely may not be discussed with European leaders.
    3. Europeans [must] clearly oppose all American sanctions against Iran.
    4. If the Americans try to interfere with Iran's oil sales, the Europeans must guarantee the purchase of oil from Iran.
    5. Europe must guarantee Iranian banking connections.

...according to [Henry] Rome [Eurasia Group analyst], Khamenei's demands should not be read as the final word on the Iranian position.

[Rome]"He has a habit of laying out guardrails for the government and he did this during the nuclear negotiations in 2014 and 2015, as well," he said. "But at the end of the day, he is known to take both sides of an issue and leave himself lots of opportunities to change his mind or refine his views."

"We think it's most likely that in the next three to four months, the Iranians decide to walk, simply because what the Europeans can offer — with regards to trade, investment and oil sales — it will not be sufficient to balance out the nuclear concession that Iran is making."

So, let us into the coffers of the EU and protect us from US sanctions and we won't build nukes, or we walk basically. It seems very likely, at least to me, that they will be a fully nuclear capable nation if we continue par for the course. I certainly hope things change, but I don't expect much from the puppet adminstration we have at the moment.

Geopolitics in the world is definitely changing up that's for sure. Honestly, if Europe pulls through with this deal, USA will have isolated itself.

And that is exactly what proponents of the deal feared in the first place if the US didn't negotiate in good faith under Obama. Anyway, we already see some smaller effects of the reduced international weight of US diplomacy, especially with American "soft power" and allies watching and waiting to see whether they should begin recalculating their relationships with various American rivals (i.e., Russia).
