Probably not the last effort, but they're really scraping the bottom of the barrel already. They're probably going to keep scraping until they punch through the bottom though.
The fraud/corruption narrative is self sustaining already. Even if Trump where to say "ok enough, I concede, and I think we've proven there's no fraud", the machine would continue to churn onward for as long as that narrative attracts voters attention (and more importantly, money).
