I think Blue is meant to be the lower effort content. Red has projects he might have spent 3 months preparing and iterating on. Blue has stuff like “I bought a freeze dryer and used it on pizza lol”.

The NileBlue channel is more casual afaik. You can really see Nile messing around a bit more on Blue than on Red.
