    One thing they didn't cover is how they handle obsolescence. They mentioned that these balls have a 10 year lifespan - I wonder how they intend to salvage them at the end of this period.

        That'd be my guess too. If the water in this reservoir is already chlorinated before being introduced, it should have no/minimal aquatic life to worry about as far as just using a massive net to...
