Yeah, we’ve literally hit the point that “Kremlin says they have full control of Moldova election” would make me think they were genuinely worried about the potential result not going their way and were saying that a last-ditch attempt to shake things up, whereas “Kremlin denies meddling” is par for the course when they’re messing with things.

At this point I'd be more likely to believe that if they actually admitted it rather than deny it.
