    Wouldn’t it be nice if they included cases like this on the shadow docket then instead of letting him wreak havoc on the global economy for a year?

    So far SCOTUS has been adept to do nothing with a lot of words. The incredible part is that if the President was of another party (and dare I say color) decisions would be expeditious. Law may be blind, but men aren't and so far these people have clearly shown themselves to everyone. Don't believe a thing an article purports to represent of SCOTUS.

During more than two-and-a-half hours of oral arguments, a majority of the justices appeared to agree with the small businesses and states challenging the tariffs that they exceeded the powers given to the president under a federal law providing him the authority to regulate commerce during national emergencies created by foreign threats.
