jredd23 LinkI don't know about anyone else but I have given up watching Olympics in our OTA broadcast channel. It don't matter if they are local (meaning within our time zones) or in this case Milan. The...I don't know about anyone else but I have given up watching Olympics in our OTA broadcast channel. It don't matter if they are local (meaning within our time zones) or in this case Milan. The broadcasting is just terrible. It's rarely ever live and by the time you get to watch it, it's already over, full of commentary and commercials! I am done! I am hoping to watch hockey (not just Team USA but also others), but most probable I won't be able to do that either so I figure I will get the results after it's done, as said before, access to the sport is necessary. Without that, interest from the younger generation won't be there and impact is felt afterwards.

jredd23 LinkI have been using black diamond for years now. I agree that the best thing to use are battery powered ones regardless of what you get, especially if you will be camping for days. Myself I use like I said the headlamp typically in the campground and a combination of handheld and headlamp if am hiking or walking around at dusk/night. Also, depending on what you are doing, I bring a round push flashlight for times I can’t use a headlamp or handheld; for example a quick shower outside scenario or tent hanging type of scenario. One thing to consider is if you will be outside during a possible downpour, your flashlight should be able to work.

We see this theme before, in Europe, America (continent, not just a country) and no surprise now in Asia....Tourists, overpopulation or immigrants are being blamed for all the ills of today’s world. We see this theme before, in Europe, America (continent, not just a country) and no surprise now in Asia. The solution is simple, tax tourists, limit tourists or completely close it. To my simple brain the problem isn’t tourists, overpopulation, or immigration- it’s the economic pressures. No surprise that politicians are filling that void with panphobia. From what I understand of the article is that they want whoever is creating this chaos to be properly dealt with but overreacting with full blown stopping all to me is being created by people who would benefit from it. Follow the money and you will get to the bottom of this scam.

So with the Winter Olympics being over and then the whole deadly avalanche event that happen, I was watching local news and found an incredible news clip. Tahoe skier rescued after being buried alive under snow - Talk about being in a deadly situation and then having someone being really aware of their surroundings and helping out.
