Can anyone shed some light? I'd like to know more about what traits, exactly, each party is aligned with.
I thought this section laid out the traits quite clearly: Basically, communion traits are about getting along with other people, and agency traits are about getting things done: working together...

Basically, communion traits are about getting along with other people, and agency traits are about getting things done: working together versus working hard.
I associate the "agentic" with Stanley Milgram because he used the phrase "agentic state" in Obedience to Authority to describe the mental state in which a person has suspended their own moral...

It's funny how that same word, "agentic", is used to describe traits conservatives are said to value. Then again, authoritarian personalities tend to correlate with conservative politcs.
