I'm an avid political observer. Most Australian television channels broadcast "election coverage" shows on the evenings of federal elections. I love watching those shows. It provides me with a whole night's entertainment. I suppose, in a way, it's my equivalent of watching the football Grand Final ("Superbowl" for you Americans!).
I enjoy watching it a bit like sports sometimes. I had to turn it off when it became clear that Cruz was getting another term. Too hard to enjoy after that.

Florida really hurt, not going to lie, as did the failure of question 1 in Massachusetts. Still a fairly good night though, excited for our new young, progressive representatives to take their seats.
