This is my preferred 'Elon' — throughout the years any time he gets into engineering mode on Twitter, or in interviews, they are ostensibly better. He seems passionate, knowledgeable, and an all around good guy. He knows what he's talking about and he seems more than happy to be talking about them. There are always cycles, a few days where he is only in engineering mode followed by two weeks of him trying to be funny and normalized.
But when he pans for comedy and attention, that's where the issues start. He seems uncomfortable, forced, and it really brings out this weird side of him that just doesn't seem authentic. Perhaps this is a method to 'camouflage' and try to seem normal, but it just doesn't seem to work other than to stir up attention.
Turns out I like Elon a lot more when he's discussing engineering challenges, and not posting inane stuff on Twitter.
Good video, thanks for sharing.
