    This frustrates me to no end. Biological sex exists on a continuum and is not an ostensive static category. Genitalia is one of many different ways that biological sex can manifest, but not the only way. At some point you have to draw an entirely arbitrary line the denotes what physical manifestation(s) of sex are "female" and which are "male". Once you go down that road, you also have to start asking question about what is an acceptable range of "famaleness" that is required for sport.
