Oh, certainly a gamble. You could easily argue he only has himself to blame. But damn if it doesn't sting, he drove flawlessly the entire race and he was driving really well when the rain first...

And I really didn't see him dropping to 7th if it didn't work out, I had him in 2nd even then. Turns out, a 50 second gap is nothing if you're tip toeing around the track.
This was the first Grand Prix I ever watched, and it sure was an exciting one! Didn't know I'd tune in at such a good time. I'm rooting for Lando now for sure.
