I Feel Lonely
I don't get it. I have plenty of friends, and i'm happy with my lot in life, but I wish I had romance or even just physical attraction in my life. I broke up with my ex last month and i've just felt alone after that, chasing for love.
First off; I'm sorry you feel this way.
Your breakup is fresh and you and your brain are still adjusting to the "new normal." In time, you may find that you enjoy your time with yourself and your friends more than ever before. The post-breakup time is usually a time of self-reflection that turns into self-improvement, and that can be a beautiful thing that will certainly lead you into a new romantic relationship.

Even though “a month” doesn’t seem like a long time, relationships change our brain chemistry and our mode of operation: give yourself some time.
IMHO, you'd be less healthy if you weren't experiencing lonliness and sadness with all of these changes. My suggestion is to acknowledge these emotions as just that (perfectly reasonable feelings), figure out their roots and try to enact changes in your life to make things better (or suck less). Don't judge yourself, you're not doing anything wrong!
If it helps to know that others are in the same boat with you, then I'm here to say "You and me, both!". My 12 year LTR is imploding and I'm having to reboot my entire life (make new friends, find new job, find new housing... )
Sucks, but I will make a new life that I like!
