Considering I attempted killing myself because of social...Well of course i'd allow educational sites and Wikipedia. I guess, more specifically, it would be a social media and over-IP gaming ban. Considering I attempted killing myself because of social media - and I was raised on the Internet, i'd rather have sheltered kids than suicidal kids.
EDIT: At the least, I would like the "You must be over age X to view this page" be backed up by a photo ID reviewed by human admins, like how the UK attempted to do that for pornography sites.

Polarization of Congress (Democratic Party upholding Slavery, Republican Party fighting for its abolition) lead to fights breaking out in Congress (Preston Brooks beating up Charles Sumner with a cane). We have people today who will disavow family for supporting/detesting the President. We have such polarization today that the Overton Window is now two separate windows. Most young Democrats' window is 100% unthinkable in the Republican window and vice-versa.

You'd have a population willing to fight tooth and nail to save their homes and loved ones. With plans for a draft and legislation in place, that speeds up admin by a fuckton.

That's partially why female-on-male domestic violence is even less reported than the already vastly...I am absolutely disgusted how many women think that men are immune from rape/sexual assault. That's partially why female-on-male domestic violence is even less reported than the already vastly under-reported male-on-female domestic violence.
I tend to merge the issues of male rape victims being forced to pay child support with its foil of women rape victims being forced to deal with the male rapist in many states that ban abortion past a certain number of weeks, or who are forced to have joint custody of the child she did not want.
The example male rape victim did not want the child either, why should he be forced into this from a crime? It will have life-long mental distress on him, reliving his victimhood for at least 18 years.

For those of you who may be too poor to afford the latest AAA titles, or just don't want to support policies like micro-transactions and "If you're offended, just don't buy it", there are many...
For those of you who may be too poor to afford the latest AAA titles, or just don't want to support policies like micro-transactions and "If you're offended, just don't buy it", there are many open-source and/or free games that can tide you over. Some of my favorites are:
- FreeCiv: A civilization building game based on Sid Meier's Civilization 1 and 2
- OpenTTD: A transport network building game based off of Chris Sawyer's Transport Tycoon Deluxe
- Dwarf Fortress: Not Open-Source - fortress colony management simulator with an additional RPG gamemode
Do you guys have any other free, possibly open-source games that you would recommend?

A. I suppose nobody had any friends prior to videogames
B. You think I wouldn't teach them once I do introduce it? I had plenty of supports for my autism in high school, then none in adult life, and I became homeless within a year
C. Fair point there, but I'd rather a database leak than my kids be allowed to see things that will traumatize them.
D. I'm 20, i'm very much aware of how online works. AND I ALMOST DIED FROM IT. You will not be able to change my mind, because I almost ended my life because of this godforsaken piece of technology, and I will be damned if my kids suffer the same fate I did.
E. If I'm wrong and kids can only socialize via internet these days, then I guess I won't bring any children into a world like that.
