Podcasts recommendations for high performance mindset / habits

Inspired by @Marszalot 's topic about humor podcasts I would like to see you guys have any good recommendations about high performance mindset topic.

Recently I stumbled across Cindra Kamphoff's podcast at Spotify and I've been enjoying it a lot. Most of them are short, which suits very well my time to walk from home to the office (20 to 30 minutes), but it's weekly, so I'm searching for more sources to listen about high performance mindset / habits.

Cortex began as some sort of a productivity podcast and slowly transitioned to a "two dudes talking about their work" podcast.

I was listening to Brendon Burchard today, it was going great until he started talking only about of all the products he has that I can buy access to during 20-25 minutes, nothing related on the decision process ou mindset behind why all that stuff exists, just talking about how I should get it and that it would be great for ne and blah blah blah. He went from talking about the motivation and how to expand your vision to straight marketing his stuff. Was terrible.

Cortex is certainly not blatant marketing ; it's more that the show's scope evolved from "let's see Grey's crazy productivity work setup" to "let's have a bimonthly-ish meeting to discuss about stuff around our respective work (and record it for the public while we're at it)".

It was even noticed by the show hosts in one of the earlier episodes, and they decided to keep the format because it helped them to ask the right questions about how they work.

I think it's still valuable because of as a listener I can ask the same question as they do to my work (with the caveat that they are both indépendant media producers) , and because I have a glimpse on a practical example on a person that lives by the system he has out in place (Grey robot persona is certainly earned). And also because they are quite entertaining.

Hidden Brain did a series called "You 2.0" that was quite good in that regard. A bit longer than 20-30 minutes each though.
