What did you do this weekend?

It never ends for grocery store clerks, even during a pandemic.
Yesterday was my first Mother's Day without my mom. I thought it'd be a difficult time but it wasn't. A while ago, I bought an Easter greeting card and wrote something inside to my mom and I did the same thing with a Mother's Day card this time. I guess it helps that her ashes are in my room, so it never feels like she's too far away.
While I got the vast majority of my stuff from the old place, I did spend some time this weekend getting a few things that were not essential. I am giving away a few things like a bed frame, TV mount, and guitar, to my neighbors. Still setting things up in my new place, and likely will be for the next few weeks while I get organized and downsize here and there.
I also got my first bong on Friday. Can't believe I have gone all these years smoking with pipes and pinch-hitters to find the bong so smooth and easy to smoke with. The downside to it is I can see myself going through my herb much faster than what I would do with pipes.
Overall, I think the highlight so far has been re-mounting my projector in my new room. My old place I had to use a projector screen but my new place I am able to project directly onto awhite wall. Now I am getting 100+ inches of potential screen real estate. Haven't tried gaming on this big screen yet but I believe that will be happening at some point this week.
