Yeah. I mean, I remember furor when some of the other sponsors came on board, like Mike points out in the video. Adobe and Meta are the two he calls out, and while I remember the fallout from Adobe investing, I don't recall the fallout from Meta but I'm sure it was there.
For now, steady-on for me. I like Blender, this does not affect my feelings towards it.
