    Since the Mate 30 Pro’s display curves around the edges of the device, Huawei has ditched the physical volume buttons on the side of the device, in favor of a new touch-sensitive solution. It’s a similar technology to what we’ve seen on Vivo’s Nex 3.

    It'll be interesting to see how this works. Personally, I like physical buttons on my phones. One of the big things that keeps me on the iPhone is because it has a physical ringer switch (I even have a OnePlus 6T for Android stuff because it has the physical ringer switch). You can easily reach into your pocket and adjust the volume/mute your phone with physical buttons.
