Pfff. I like people complaining on the internet. It’s no fun if it turns into personal witch hunts and there should be measures against that. But the outcry about butterfly keyboards, whether it reflects a business problem or not, serves a purpose. I do believe the issues are universal. They just probably are a bit of a lottery of where a goddamn grain of sand gets stuck. This sucks and never used to be a major problem. I don’t want a 15% chance of my keyboard failing in a 2500€ laptop. And if people didn’t make a big deal out of it, I might not have become aware of the problem, which helped me avoid potentially disappointing purchases.
