Women that are into tech end up being dissuaded from tech by the gatekeepers (i.e field/game/etc is for boys only) and the incel and/or hypersexualized men who are all but slobbering on the woman for being within arms reach while they're in school or at work.
I don't know you or your life, and I know not what discrimination you have experienced, so I'm not judging you for your comment. However, I disagree with you that this program is sexist. It's simply a private organisation creating something geared toward those who have less opportunities in the field, giving them greater opportunities.
