Caucuses have been on deaths doorstep for awhile, and every security expert talks about how horrific digital voting is, and will be for a longtime (as pointed out by @vorotato).
They take far too much time, aren't representative, hard to understand, and just are not efficient and can lead to a tonne of misinformation during the event.
Take the best aspects of the popular vote, of caucuses, and you get ranked-choice voting. Easy, concise, efficient.

Agreed. Ranked-choice gives voters the same amount of say as a caucus would, without cutting out people who lost their legs.
