Some of this is probably old news to posters here, but it is interesting to see these ideas around smaller, more decentralized discussion forums as an antidote to social-media induced polarization begin to percolate into mainstream outlets like the Atlantic.
I'm not sure I fully agree on the desirability or viability of all the solutions here. But it's a good start to see.
