Added a button to collapse comments and their replies

Tags: changelog

Very basic for now, but there's now a button in the top left corner of each comment (before the author's username) to collapse the comment along with its replies.

In the future I'll make this persist across page loads (so if you come back to the same thread, things will stay collapsed), and have the info at the top change - maybe showing how many comments are in the thread or something similar.

I don't actually feel like you need to persist it across page loads - if you revisit a thread, that means you might miss some new comments made (that are "below the fold").

~ could always remember but unhide the threads where a new comment has been made since you last visited the comments section, too.

I find myself liking the feature but also having to occasionally re-expand threads anyway on other sites. Maybe the ability to toggle default settings would be best.
