      E.g. [wiki link](http://en.wikipedia.org/topic_(category)) = wiki link, whereas on reddit that would result in a broken link unless the first ) was escaped with \

    I'd love it if they had a "live preview" like on reddit. Also I'm not super familiar with markdown so it'd also be nice if there was a list while posting possibly?

          Yeah, that has also been talked about, e.g. perhaps using some features similar to Reddit Enhancement Suite's comment box to help people who are unfamiliar with markdown... but in the mean time,...
