Maths is done by the rest of the world, who figured out the metric system.

Simplistic multiples of 10 are for those poor countries which are not lucky enough to be led by stable geniuses.
I don't know... None of the last five Australian leaders could finish a term. Seems we have a lot of stable geniuses in parliament.
That's because our geniuses are unstable - but still geniuses. They'd need to be geniuses to keep track of who's the Prime Minister from hour to hour!
