      The question in that is whether OSHA are allowed to investigate after a complaint has been withdrawn, even if they know it’s been withdrawn under threats. I would assume that yes they are, and...

      The question in that is whether OSHA are allowed to investigate after a complaint has been withdrawn, even if they know it’s been withdrawn under threats. I would assume that yes they are, and they don’t need a complaint at all to investigate something?
