Best news I have heard in a while! Farscape is probably my next favorite scifi series after Star Trek, and I highly recommend people who have never seen it before go check it out. It's vastly underappreciated, IMO.

Delightful show. I commented about it a while back:

Farscape is an interesting show. Campy, shot on video in a time where film was still vastly superior, and I'm pretty sure the CGI was bad even for 1999 (Deep Space Nine did better before that).

I really like that they use lots of puppets and prosthetics on this show. I appreciate organic effects. They're high quality, made by Jim Henson Productions.

We got a spaceship, but not a traditional crew. Leadership and hierarchy are very fluid so far, and the ship seems way too big for them to manage it properly. It is super fun!

A lot of people get spooked when you mention that there are puppets in central roles, which is a shame because the puppets are really well done and have aged better than most chi from the same period. Plus if people could relate to an entire cast of puppets in Dark Crystal, they can surely relate to a couple of Puppets in Farscape!
