I can't recall how people in the show sound in power armor, so the "There's a war coming," line sounds like it could be from a super mutant. Maybe there's a little Jacobstown/Black Mountain? Either way, I'm looking forward to it.

Still, I'm looking forward to Season 2. I know a lot of people didn't like how they portrayed the Brotherhood of Steel in the first season, but the show absolutely nails the feel of the Fallout universe so well that I can overlook my own minor nitpicks about the show.

I wasn't the hugest fan of the first season, for multiple reasons, but the lore inaccuracy of the Brotherhood was the least of it. The biggest issue for me was all the glaring plot holes, and the fact that I genuinely couldn't stand Maximus. I don't blame the actor for that though. He was likely doing best he could with the material and direction he was given. But if he doesn't grows as a character in the second season, and it's just more of him continuing to be cowardly, whiny, unlikable, totally inept, and yet somehow still managing to fail upwards despite all that, I'm going to be extremely annoyed.

I 100% agree that they nailed the feel of the Fallout universe though, and the look as well! And to be clear, I didn't hate the show. I enjoyed all the flashbacks, all the parts in the vaults, and every scene Ella Purnell and Walton Goggins were in. I just think the show could have been so so soooo much better if they simply had better writers. :/
