I did notice that if you do have a card, you can sign up for both the Orange and Blue Services, and add-ons and it will only bill you after 2 weeks. Be careful with that though, if you prematurely cancel, you lose service immediately, and they don't do refunds if you go over.

They have a promotion for new users for free service on the Sling Blue plan from 5pm to Midnight, no idea how long this lasts, but they're giving free tv without a credit card attached, and I have spare emails.

It is a little more expensive compared to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services, but it's dirt cheap for live TV.
