This is from Season 8, Episode 13 on May 23, so there arrr! other ways besides a VPN to watch it though.

One option is to search for 'youtube video download' and to click through a few of the results until you wind up on a site that works for you. I guess you can then bookmark it. Most of them seem...

Most of them seem to be based on youtube-dl anyway but more often than not they're US-hosted so whatever tool they're using winds up grabbing the video fine before giving you a download link.
I think this might be one of the best trolls from LWT certainly in a long time, if not ever.

I am curious, would you be able to download it through youtube-dl without a VPN? Or try watching it through Invidio.us?
No, YouTube won't serve the video to a non-US IP
If the invidious instance is in proxy mode and is based in the US, yes. Otherwise no.
