    There's a group on YouTube called Glass Cannon that plays a lot of Delta Green. I believe they're on Season 4 now. They have always been a great inspiration and the first that my Handler recommended to me when I asked for Delta Green related content to learn how to play. I would give that a watch if you have the time. It's lengthy, an episode is 2ish hours but well worth it. Can always watch in a podcast like format as well since it doesn't really require the visuals of a video.

    I did reflect on my recent sessions due to this post and I honestly think setting the atmosphere is a very underrated way to add tension to the game. Describe what time period your in, maybe who's president or my personal favorite touch is when your players are in a car tell them a song is on from the time period and then as background noise play the song. It was my favorite small detail my DM did and really made me immersed. Whatever you do it, do it 110% and you'll have fun.

    Team Fight Tactics. I don't think I've been so addicted to a game in the last 5+ years. I had a 10 hour session last night and I have not done that since I was a Freshman in high-school. (I'm in my mid-20s). It seriously is fantastic because you are scrambling to have a strategy work every second of the game and no two games are the same. It is in the best shape it ever has been in and I am loving it!

    Personally I don't believe keto is a fad diet, regardless, it's just a label for a low carb diet. One that works and bar health reasons, is very effective and efficient.

    Mid-thirties is indeed worrying, but I would love to see some geographical data on where these people live, cost of living nowadays is through the roof and stagnating wages may be the lead driver...

    Even more astounding to me is that we have the largest percentage of kids, averaging in their mid thirties, who still live with their parents. Something is way off.

    I believe many methods are effective in losing weight, as you stated, but the reason carb cutting is so effective (as opposed to cutting calories) is due to the modern instant gratification...

    I believe many methods are effective in losing weight, as you stated, but the reason carb cutting is so effective (as opposed to cutting calories) is due to the modern instant gratification phenomenon this world experiences. A keto diet will quickly give you results and well... people like results and they like them quick.
