But my lack of proficiency with wordpress(this is the first site I've created) means it takes time to learn. But I'll look into your suggestions, thank you for those.

Thank you so much, and I respect your bluntness. You don't have to send me any info at all unless you want to ask me something. Every model I posted has a title, author name(designer), units used, and the size of paper I used. And the papers tab - https://orikami.in/papers/ has information on various papers in Origami that get confusing if you don't know about them. Once again, you don't have to sign up or send me any contact details. I hope your daughter likes it too!

Thanks for that gratifying reply! I plan to add some Origami resources, and a place for visitors to upload their Origami models and randomly look at a stranger's. What do you think of that idea?

I use regular origami paper called Kami. It is about 60gsm while regular printer paper is 80gsm I think. Kami is extremely cheap and you can get it at any local stationery shop or Amazon.

I have made a few models from 50x50cm, but that's the largest I've gotten. The green leaf is one such model.

During free periods of my life, I practice Origami like it's my job. Even when I do get tired, a 10 minute break makes me want to get back at it. Over a period of time, I have definitely noticed gradual improvements in my neatness and complexity of Origami models.

I second tilde. Tildeing a post sounds very natural to say and has a unique signature of the website.

I'll suggest looking into simple modular models as they leave you in the zen state while you fold units. Maybe try Japanese Brocade or a modular cube. You'll find tutorials to all of these on YouTube. And if you need any help, feel free to message me!
